As the U.S. headquarters, IMA Schelling Group’s Morrisville, NC office provides parts and service support, as well as numerous other services for woodworking, plastic, and metal machinery to customers across North America. Since 2016, Bailey has been an integral contributor to parts communication and distribution, ensuring customers receive responsive, attentive service. She is particularly skilled at navigating complex customer situations and ensuring clear, effective communication.
Technical Parts Coordinator Phillip King, who works alongside Bailey, shared the following about her contributions to the team: “Yenitza takes pride in her work and continues to grow her expertise. Her attention to detail and commitment to customers make her an invaluable asset to our team.”
“Yenitza brings so much to this team, especially with her skill, knowledge, and her extroverted personality. She can pretty much do any job in the Parts department, whether that be mechanical, purchasing, or shipping; she can do it all,” said Parts Department teammate Greg Boccella.
Honoring both her current colleagues and the memory of late coworker Frank J. Fraley, Bailey credits the company’s supportive, close-knit culture as the reason she has remained with IMA Schelling Group for a decade.
“Frank Fraley spent 20 years here on Tech Support— he was a genius. We unfortunately lost him to Covid in 2021. The company decided to plant a tree in his honor. This is the kind of company that you want to stay with. This is the reason why I’ve stayed.”
