RETURN SYSTEM RTS 02

RETURN SYSTEM FOR EDGEBANDER WITH ROTATION UNIT 90° / 180° AND DE-STOCKING ON BOTH SIDES.

Developed for edgebanding-machine material handling, this system offers the highest possible level of ergonomics and a considerable savings potential. It requires only one operator to manually insert the panels. Since the panels are directly returned to the first operator, the second operator can be omitted. If it is necessary to work on more sides of the panel, you can choose to get them back-turned, either 90° or 180°. With this construction, stacking the panels on one or two sides of the returning conveyor is possible. Those arbitrary stacks can be used as placement for new panels.

A Windows-based, user-friendly, 17" touchscreen-PC controls the return system.
